PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The main intention of this project is to design a robot which is used to pick up heavy objects and placed it in the desired location remotely using Android-based smartphones for industries.

The transmitter end uses an Android application device such as a smartphone or tablet for sending the commands to the receiver end to control the movement of the robot in various directions.

The receiver end also uses a microcontroller of the 8051 family and a battery for power supply. In this system, a Bluetooth transceiver is interfaced to the microcontroller for communication. The four motors are interfaced to the microcontroller with the help of a motor-driver IC wherein two motors are used for arm and gripper movement of the robot while the other two are used for the body movement.

Once the communication is established from a user phone to this system through the Bluetooth, then the user can send control signals to this system. The user can enter a selected option on the Android application's GUI to move the robot in corresponding directions such as forward, backward, left, right, and so on.

A:  Go to Google Play in your Android mobile search for Blue control App, select and install.
